Bringing the LOLs: Joe Cole
After Frank Lampard got booed the hell out of by England fans this weekend, a ticked off Joe Cole decided to come out in Lampsy's defense which resulted in the LOLs and ridiculosity being brought in great amounts:
"It amazes me that people can do that ... He has never let England down ... I can't remember him having too many average games in an England shirt."
Commenting on Lampsy's exceptional ability to disappoint and generally suck at major tournaments is clearly unnecessary here. The facts speak for themselves.
It is possible however that Joe was referring to some sort of underground kit hijacking scandal. Was it some other guy wearing Lampsy's shirt at the World Cup last summer? You know missing penalties and giving the ‘oh I just barely missed it!’ face after shooting a 100 yards wide of the goal? It's all very suspicious.
Of course a more logical explanation would be that Joe was referring to Lampsy's thighs. Those beautiful things have never had an off day in their lives.
