Most Hated: Compression Shorts - These fashionless contraptions, although perhaps serving some sort of injury defense for some, leaves me feeling less than delighted after a game. Thighs should be seen and the spandex is cramping their style.

Most Loved: Monday Holidays - I love not having to work on Mondays.

Most Annoying WAG: Elen Rives - Apparently Abi Clancy is letting her decorate her new home in Portsmouth. Why, in god’s name, would you let this fashion disaster regurgitate her style in your home? I'm seeing ruffles, sequins, and too much fabric.

Barfline: “Rafa: I’m Pulling the G-Strings” - Provided by The Sun, this article is in reference to him having control over Steven Gerrard playing for England. I don’t know about you, but Steven Gerrard and G-string in the same sentence sends shivers of delight down my spine.

Underground fan: Nigella Lawson

We love Nigella Lawson and this only makes us love her more. Not only does she 'never miss Gary Lineker and Alan on Match Of The Day', she's in it for all the right reasons: the men.

'I only have to hear John Terry and Frank Lampard talk and I swoon,' says the underground Chelsea freak. 'I get so excited about the start of a new season. It's not just the actual football. I love it when opponents embrace or give each other a little pat. Being female, I find masculinity very endearing, so I'm fascinated by the relationships between players.'

Nigella also has a thing for Jose which gets her extra, extra bonus points: 'Usually it's very unattractive when men fancy themselves, but I don't think it counts when they're foreign. And although pretty men, aren't my type, he is beautiful.'
