REVS PLAYERS DOUCHE IT UP AT FENWAY PARK
Fancying himself the baddest baller in Boston, Revs defender, Gary Flood, went and got himself kicked out of Fenway Park for public urination and being an all-round obnoxious douchie at a Yankees/Sox game.
From Barstool Sports:
"The police joined security and informed one of the guys [Gary Flood] he was being removed for public urination and basically being obnoxious. When the guys left the 2 hot girls who were with the 2 guys [the other guy: Joe Franchino] informed us they played for the Revolution ... One of the a-holes [Gary Flood] was wearing a Yankee shirt and was out of control."
Before the game, Joey and Gaz, were also spotted at a bar trying to prove their manliness through the picking of bar-fights which saw Gary utter clever lines like 'Dude you’re twice my size. It’s just about the Sox and Yanks.'
Also while in the bar, the two badman ballers engaged in the schoolyard game of choice among hard men the world over: slap fighting.
The Revs' spokesgal, Lizz Summers, on the whole situ:
"We take these matters very seriously."
Uh, duh, Liz. She declined to confirm that Joe Franchino was the other guy there. The public peeing portion of the story is also looking a bit on the shifty end at this point - someone should check Gaz's facebook and see if he's got any pics up of the storied moment.
TIET's Final Verdict: This is not the type of stuff that gets you laid, boys. An infinitely wiser move would have been to save your fists o' anger for the pitch where fighting is like the hottest thing ever. Example: the Chelsea/Arsenal brawl last season which totes made us want to jump like half of those brawlin' ballers' bones. You also get triple the bonus points if you end up with blood streaming down your face (see: McBride at USA v Italy '06; Senderos at Switz. v Korea '06).
