WORDS OF ENCOURAGMENT: ADE'S STILL GOT 20 PER CENT LEFT ACCORDING TO LE BOSS

"We have seen players before, when they start getting the recognition, they ease off in their team work, and very quickly they die. I believe if Ade keeps his work ethic, there is still 20 per cent more to come from him. Does he want it enough - to get this extra 20 per cent out? Well that is where his future lies. If you lose that desire, you quickly become a nobody."
Um, right then, Wenger. Way to pull a Gallas with the public/private convos, dude.
Can't help but wonder why he picked 20 per cent though. What a truly arbitrary number. He could have at least picked a sharp sounding number like 16.75 or something - maybe pull out a calculator and chew on the end of a pencil to look clever. At least then we'd think he's got some sort of secret potential-measuring method that we're all in the dark about instead of just thinking he's being straight up weird.
Also, transfer news is a-swirlin': Milan and Juve are trying to scoop up Ade.
